What this policy covers

InDeBudget sells digital products only — downloadable templates and planners. We do not stock, ship or handle physical goods. If you bought a physical product from Amazon after following a link from this site, that purchase is between you and Amazon, and Amazon’s own returns policy applies. We cannot process a refund or return on Amazon’s behalf. See our disclaimer for how our affiliate links work.

Refunds on digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  • The file or template link did not arrive, or will not open.
  • The product is materially different from what the product page described.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

We may ask what went wrong and, where relevant, for a screenshot — usually the problem is a delivery fault we can fix on the spot, which is faster for you than a refund.

When we cannot refund

  • After 14 days from purchase.
  • Because you changed your mind once the file has been downloaded or the template duplicated into your workspace.
  • Because the product needs software you do not have. Our Notion templates require a free Notion account; requirements are stated on every product page before you buy.
  • Where a product has been shared, resold or redistributed.

How to request a refund

Email us through the contact page with the email address used at checkout and your order number. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. If your local law grants you a longer cancellation period or stronger protection for digital purchases, that law takes precedence over this policy.

We may update this policy as our product range changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
