Your feet should sit flat with knees at roughly 90 degrees while your forearms stay level with the desk. Check the stated height range against your own measurements u2014 short and tall users are the ones generic chairs fail first.

A moulded curve in the right place for someone else is pressure in the wrong place for you. Height-adjustable lumbar support (or at least a firm cushion that stays put) matters more than any other single feature.
